Consultation & Booking Fee

Sadly owing to a number of “no shows” it has become necessary to introduce a booking fee of £20 for any in clinic appointment. This is payable at the time of booking and appointments are not confirmed until the fee has been paid. This is the charge for my time in clinic, my advice and expertise relating to your skin care & aesthetics needs. Should you go on to have treatment in clinic the £25 consultation fee will be deducted from the cost of your treatment or can be held as a deposit for any follow up or review appointments.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

Cancellation and Failing to attend your appointment

If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please give us a minimum of 48 hours notice.

If you fail to attend an appointment the booking fee is lost and further payment will be required to secure a future appointment. If you are undergoing a course of treatment as part of a package, and fail to attend or do not provide 48 hours’ notice of cancellation or change, the treatment will be forfeited.


We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our clinic. However, we are aware that things can go wrong, resulting in a customer feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly and as amicably as possible.

To pursue a complaint, please contact the clinic manager, who will deal with your concerns appropriately. Complaints can be made in writing via email; please send your complaint to [email protected]

It will greatly assist the clinic if you are as specific as possible about your complaint; please include any relevant date & details. Once a complaint is made via email, please allow ten(10) working days for the Clinic Manager to get back to you. A complaint should be resolved within six(6) months of it reaching the Clinic Manager.

Once a written complaint is received, an acknowledgement will be sent out within two(2) working days. This will state the time frame for a response and who will be dealing with the complaint. If this is not possible to conclude all the investigations within ten(10) days, the Clinic Manager will update the patient with progress and approximate time scales.

Anti Wrinkle Treatment Review Appointments

Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with anti wrinkle treatments if needed. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatment or ‘top up’ can provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed. The £20 booking fee will be held until after your review appointment to secure my in clinic time.

Lateness Policy

If for any reason you are running late to your appointment please call us on 07455295875 to let us know. We work very hard to schedule the right amount of time for each treatment. Accommodating late clients is often impossible without disrupting every other clients scheduled that day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your treatment will be performed that day. Lateness of 10 minutes or more will require either shortening down your treatment time or rescheduling your appointment for another day and the loss of your deposit.


Consultations & appointments with the practitioner will be subject to a £20 booking fee, payable on booking. This is redeemable against treatment carried out in the clinic. You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken. The treatment fee is to be paid in full before your treatment.

  • Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
  • The clinic accepts cash, bank transfer or major debit and credit cards.


Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and the accompanying service, which is inclusive of;

  • Consultation and assessment
  • Provision of information and advice
  • Safe treatment with evidence based products
  • Follow up appointments and aftercare advice and support as appropriate

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Treatment Packages

All packages are to be paid in full before treatment commences.

All packages and treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

You understand if you schedule appointments and miss them the treatment will still be deducted from your package.

Gift Vouchers

No refunds will be given for gift voucher purchases. Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift vouchers are redeemable only against products and services. If change is required this will be given in the form of a credit on your client record at the clinic to be redeemed on your next visit.
